Renters / Tenants
Account Management
Go to Settings > Account to update your personal information, contact details, and profile picture. Make sure to save your changes.
Navigate to Settings > Password. Enter your current password and then your new password twice for confirmation.
Technical Support
Click on "Forgot Password" on the login page. Enter your email address and you will receive a password reset link.
Try clearing your browser cache and cookies, or try using a different browser. If the problem persists, contact our technical support team.
Legal & Compliance (India Specific)
General FAQs
To create an account, click on the "Sign Up" button on the homepage and fill in your details including name, email, and password. You will receive a verification email to activate your account.
Payments, Billing & Repatriation (NRI/Foreign Users)
Go to Finance > Invoices to view all your invoices. You can filter by status, date, and download PDF copies.
Getting Started
Our platform supports three types of users:
- Super Admin: Full system access
- Admin: Administrative access
- Owner: Property owner access
- Tenant: Tenant access

After creating a property, click on "Add Unit" from the property details page. Enter unit information like unit number, rent amount, and tenant details.
